Position Purpose Responsible for Distributor Management, Existing Customers Growth, and New Sales Development Job Responsibilities •    Sell Specialty Plastics products in variety market segments industries, such as Cosmetic and Personal Care Package, Consumer Durables, Medical, Other Food package, Industrial and etc.
•    This position will be in charge of distributor performance, channel optimization, and new business development via working together with distribution partners.
•    Execute global strategy via distribution channel; Drive the internal alignment of distribution channel •    Engage whole value chain and manage sales funnel to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
Especially for promoting sustainable portfolio* in Japan market.
•    Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned customers and increase sales revenue by obtain new projects.
•    Fully usage of salesfore.
om CRM, such as account plans, call report, opportunity management, territory management plan, and etc.
•    Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
•    Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
•    Contribute to team effort by accomplishing objectives.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements •    Bachelor and above; MBA is a plus.
•    7-10+ years solid sales experience in plastics industry by managing distributors/agents and direct accounts.
•    Strong communication skills and strong drive to move through the matrix.
•    Good business acumen, account management, and negotiation skill.
•    Highly motivated individual and high degree of self-reliance and initiative.
•    Fluent in English.
Travel Requirement 50%+ on a necessity basis Responsibilities Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value clients.
Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service.
Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
Organize visits to current and potential clients.
Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients.
Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.
Informs clients of new products and services as they are introduced.
Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs.
