Develops, implements, and manages the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinates sales activities, monitors current projects, and manages the resolution of specific customer problems.
Your responsibilities Leads the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work (SoW) growth actions.
Understands the key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.
., sustainability/digital/cybersecurity) of the relevant global customer’s business and business environment and interprets the corresponding impacts and opportunities for ABB.
Participates in the development of sales strategies for the account through providing current business and long-term plans of the customer.
Defines and proposes sales targets for the account and ensures their achievement through a structured follow-up process across divisions and countries.
Sells products/solutions/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets, representing ABB, overall.
Creates added value for the customer and ABB by ensuring a coordinated sales approach (e.
., frame agreements, sales planning, and issue resolution).
Monitors competitors’ activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.
Gives input on market price developments.
Drives application of standardized marketing & sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans,, etc.) for the account.
Your background Education.
Higher education in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is desirable.
Required.
Solid sales experience.
Required.
Experience in the power rectifier portfolio.
Desirable.
Experience in the LaATAM market.
Desirable.
Knowledge of the Salesforce system.
Desirable.
Knowledge of PowerBI.
Language.
Advanced/Fluent English required.
Spanish is desirable.
