About the Role Operational responsible for making pre-quote, supporting the portfolio of renewals and issuances of policies and endorsements of Surety, as well as providing service to brokers and internal clients.
Key Responsibilities.
Support the underwriting team in the day-to-day demands and administrative processes; Analyze documentation received; Service and support to brokers to provide a quality service; Follow up on demands; Management of processes and internal controls; Process analysis to help the business and develop improvements for the team; Definition of requirements and participation in tests to support systemic development.

General knowledge and/or exposure to other insurance disciplines, whether in operations or underwriting.
Technical Skills Office Package – Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook (Power BI would be a plus); Knowledge about Insurance in general; Experiences with Brokers/Insurance Company; Knowledge in Workflow; Customer Service; English/Spanish desirable (intermediate); Graduated or studying.
Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance Management or Actuarial Science.
