We're seeking a CRM/Lifecycle Analyst to join our dynamic Growth Team.
As a data-driven unit tasked with propelling InfinitePay products forward, we spearhead strategic initiatives in product communication and customer journeys while enhancing product value propositions.
As a CRM/Lifecycle Analyst, your role will involve expanding our segmented communication channels across our client base via owned platforms to bolster Activation, Engagement, Retention, and Churn metrics.
Your responsibilities will encompass operationalizing content, crafting logic, manipulating insights, and refining communications to foster sustained growth among our clients, ultimately enhancing our approach to driving merchant adoption across various platforms.
\ What You'll Be Doing.
Crafting emails, push notifications, and WhatsApp messages for lifecycle journeys requested by Product Marketing team Developing communication templates and liaising with the design team to fulfill requests Organizing assets and videos by products to streamline operations Designing the logic behind customer journeys Extracting insights and lessons from communications Familiarizing yourself with cross-channel marketing tools to construct journeys and communications Conducting operational tests on journeys to cover all potential scenarios While we don't anticipate candidates to be experts in all these areas, we seek individuals who are inquisitive, autonomous, and proactive.
As a member of our fully remote and distributed team, you'll be expected to tackle tasks independently while remaining highly collaborative and self-motivated.
