n this critical role, you will be responsible for developing innovative, efficient, and actionable technology solutions to drive front-end channels (including the digital bank mobile app and digital wallet) in your assigned region.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners to translate customer needs into use cases and high-level requirements, and to identify suitable solutions.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that products are delivered on time, under budget, and with successful deployment.

rovide direction and guidance on solution designs and architecture to ensure appropriate fit within enterprise standards.
rovide day-to-day technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to the web production team.
nsure that the development team follows standard SDLC, and PLC procedures and processes.
ollaborate with Project Manager and other stakeholders with planning and scheduling of product releases.
ork with manager and peers to proactively suggest areas of improvements and enhancements.
ork with industry partners in integrating our systems with other applications or systems.
ou will propose the most optimum technical solutions in order to drive industry “best in class” KPI results.
ork with outsourcing vendors on resource budget and allocation.
roubleshoot integration issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
ole RequirementsA minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end engineering, as well as minimum 2 years of experience in leading teams, although candidates with other relevant experience will be considered.
degree in Computer Science or related fields.
xcellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D.
xperience with UX/UI concepts, architecture design and techniques and the ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
xperience extending low-code platforms with custom coded componentry.
years of experience building web and mobile applications (using Angular,.
ET, and other technologies) with at least one year of OutSystems (or equivalent tool) specific development experienceStrong technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and web application performance.
xperience in web applications, project delivery, and performance troubleshooting.
xperience with OutSystems Integration, Component/Add-on s Development will be valuable.
omeone with a proven track record of writing high quality, efficient code using OutSystems, APIs and/or similar scripting languages.
emonstrated experience in modern programming languages (for example, Java/C++, NodeJS, C#/.
ET, Angular) and design patterns.
