What the day will look like Responsibilities include developing and proactively positioning opportunities for Aon’s consulting expertise in Health Solutions to be brought forward, leading and owning sophisticating consulting projects, proactive leadership engagement, frequent vendor interface, crafting and delivering client strategies, leading external client/prospect meetings and internal resource coordination.
All told, the Head of Talent has responsibilities for revenue growth, both with prospects and with existing clients through identification of customer needs for additional consulting services.
Develops the strategic vision and direction of Talent Solutions for Brazil & Consulting for Latin America while delivering a consistent set of outstanding offerings aligned to global priorities, driving revenue growth, innovation, performance standards and building capability.
Keeps pulse on emerging business opportunities to evaluate the potential for new service offerings.
Proactively builds strategic external partnerships and demonstrates relationships to fulfill client expectations.
Partners across Solution Lines and client facing teams to implement strategies, acquire new clients and growing existing relationships.
Coordinates people-related Talent, partnering with Health and Wealth Solutions colleagues in the execution.
How this opportunity is different As Head of Talent you will be responsible for the creation of content, capabilities, innovation and the delivery of specific consulting work in the areas of Rewards, Assessment, Salary Surveys and People Data & Analytics.
In partnership with geographic leadership, the role shares responsibility for business development, portfolio management and margin.
This role is a key contributor and leader for large market clients.
It involves the management and growth of ongoing health and benefits client work.
This position will have frequent interactions with the client Human Resource/Benefit Director for delivering benefits solutions services and executive level contacts within HR and Finance for broader strategic discussions.
Skills and experience that will lead to success Strong expertise and technical knowledge in Rewards, Assessment, Salary Surveys & People Data & Analytics.
Ability to connect with the HR community in Brazil and across Latin America, inspiring leader and consolidated reputation as a trusted advisor in themes related to Human Capital.
Deep understanding of business environment in Latin America, trends and macroeconomic factors impacting our business.
Ability to communicate and connect effectively, and to deal with sophisticated, ambiguous, and constantly evolving situations.
Goals and deadline orientated.
Determined and motivated, with an ability to show initiative in all situations.
Strong confidentiality and able to work/deal with highly sensitive information.
Prior exposure to P&L management and proven financial savvy.
Analytical capabilities and critical thinking to drive strategic insights to improve the business.
Standout colleague, able to identify required skills in an inclusive and diverse team and distribute workload accordingly and supervise progress.
Educated to university degree level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Portuguese and English, Spanish desired.
