As a Junior SFMC Specialist at Pogust Goodhead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives, particularly in managing large-scale claims and consumer interactions.
Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential for orchestrating effective email campaigns and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our marketing/client communication efforts and gain valuable experience in the legal industry.
\n Email Campaign Management.
Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Audience Segmentation.
Utilize SFMC tools to segment audiences based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to personalize marketing communications.
Content Development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging email content, including graphics and dynamic content personalization.
Automation Setup.
Support the implementation and maintenance of marketing automation workflows, including triggered emails, journey builder, and automation studio.
Data Management.
Ensure data integrity and hygiene within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including list management, data imports, and synchronization with other systems.
Reporting & Analysis.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse email engagement data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Compliance & Best Practices.
Stay updated on email marketing regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
About You   Strong Communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to Detail.
Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in email content creation, segmentation, and campaign setup.
Technical Proficiency.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms is preferred.
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Team Player.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or email marketing, preferably with exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Basic understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud field and contribute to our marketing initiatives' success.
