You’ll be joining our Retail Marketing team and be based in the London Flagship Store on Oxford Street.
This showstopping, industry leading store showcases the best of adidas over 3 floors with a fantastic store team driving our brand and business measures.
What you’ll do.
As our Retail Concepts Manager for our Flagship LDN you will manage and oversee the design and build of the retail concept for each campaign the store delivers.
2 days are never the same! You will work with relevant agencies from ideation to build and manage the budget allocated for each campaign, ensuring that it is delivered on time in full of impact.
Each build will have strong commercial considerations while ensuring that adidas is represented as the best sports brand in the world.
This role is very fast paced and hands on.
Flexibility for working hours a must with the ability to work night shifts at times needed.
Reporting into the Senior Manager Flagship Activations, you will have 1 direct report and work alongside the Flagship activation, consumer journey and events team.
The role sits within a wider team of 12 that look after our retail and retail projects across the rest of the brands estate.
You’ll need to have proven retail experience, that would ideally include strong fixture/retail interior design, production and VM knowledge.
Evidence of commercial successes within a high turnover retail environment and excellent communication and negotiation skills is key.
Skills you’ll need.
3+ years of retail experience Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising Project management experience Store openings/Retail Design Experience Budget management experience Excellent power point and excel abilites Life at adidas.
We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 fixed days in the office and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days.
