Key Responsibilities.
Lead and execute client's support regarding their product developments by providing marketing intelligence to select the most relevant solutions for beverage segment.
Ensure the right support to maximize dsm-firmenich’s chances to win/defend business.
Manage proactive and reactive projects with excellence, working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure relevant, business oriented product/solutions developments.
Position Firmenich Brazil as the GO-TO supplier for competitive added value market knowledge, brand understanding, inspiration and winning solutions.
Create and implement the beverage portfolio strategy.
Ensure the right portfolio of solutions for the category/market and promote it accordingly.
Fill the gaps when needed with technical and commercial teams.
Continuously develop and maintain category/market expertise (macro trends, consumer drivers, category & market dynamics, flavors, technologies, etc.) focused on beverage.
Consolidate this knowledge into relevant tools that can be shared internally and with clients reverting in new business opportunities.
Deploy global & regional strategies at category/market level; identify with commercial teams future opportunities to develop the business and action plans to go after them.
Proactively develop the right promotion tools with the proper push to sales.
Monitor the promotions and share feedbacks for future improvements.

Advanced/Proficiency in English is necessary Solid professional experience in creating and executing marketing & business plan Solid professional experience developing and managing P&L Good level of technical understanding of Food & Bev, Flavors & Technologies.
