om      Job Description >> 4 months project As the Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be pivotal in architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to support our marketplace ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support marketplace functionalities, including but not limited to lead management, opportunity tracking, order processing, and customer relationship management.
Architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and industry standards, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and Salesforce configurations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, guiding them in implementing robust and efficient solutions, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other systems within the marketplace ecosystem.
Stay abreast of Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and leverage them to optimize and enhance our Salesforce solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions, processes, and workflows.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Reference Architecture.
Proven experience leading Salesforce development projects, including development, and implementation.
Experience with Cartridges.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model, as well as proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and extension using Apex, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Experience with Salesforce integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Salesforce Connect is a plus.
Experience with marketplace platforms or e-commerce solutions is highly desirable.
Advanced English is mandatory.
