About the Role.
The Procurement Service Center (PSC) is a key arm of our Global Procurement Organization with direct responsibility for tactical buying, purchase order processing, Contract Purchase Agreement (CPA)/Blanket Purchase Agreement maintenance, expediting and other procurement administrative services for all our operating facilities across North America, South America, Europe and Australia.
The group operates as per pre-defined quality and process requirements and is responsible for all associated transactional activities as well as identification and implementation of process optimization and automation opportunities that further enable enlarged focus on more value-add activities across the broader Procurement function.
As the Procurement Service Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for.
Perform products and services purchase order up to R$ based on requisitions and support documentation; Perform inventory items purchase order; QTP Process – Closing Purchase Orders and releases; Backend Report for PO Signature process; Add new suppliers and management them on Alcoabuy – electronic catalog.
Technical support to suppliers and buyers in all matters related to this purchasing platform; Supporting the buyers with the Tax Analysis and Financial Analysis requesting documents from the suppliers and sending it to Tax Department; Solving all non-compliance invoice that was send to the buyers; Expediting products for all locations in Brazil; Perform activities related to raw materials.
Issue standard purchase orders, provide assistance to buyers, suppliers, storeroom and requestors in order to guarantee the negotiation and follow up shipping and delivery; Contract management of products and services for the Commodity Management Team dealing with the first contact between the suppliers, requestors, storeroom and Procurement Operations.
Providing the evaluation of price increase request and perform the negotiation up to R$, balance management, perform low risk products development and management of new items over the contract.
What you can bring to the role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economy, Engineering or related areas; Advanced English; Solid experience in Supply Chain or related fields; Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, Java and Oracle.
