Amazon is looking for an experienced, talented and detail oriented individual to join our Customer Experience and Business Trends team.
The right candidate will have a passion for identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and assessing the landscape for innovations, demonstrate analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking, have experience influencing and earning the trust with senior stakeholders and driving business teams to take action, have a strong sense of urgency and commitment, and possess remarkable creativity and excellent business judgment.
In this position, you will innovate, build new methodologies to generate insights, and make recommendations to senior leaders and drive actions that directly impact our current and future customers.
Key job responsibilities - Own and execute end-to-end analyses, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership - Perform in-depth analyses and deliver key insights in business, customer experience, and technology areas - Use insights driven recommendations to drive actions that impact Amazon customers - Deliver projects in a complex and ambiguous environment, and collaborate with peers and stakeholders across geos and business units.

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology - Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical analyses tools - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with end to end product delivery - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Proficiency in Portuguese, English and Spanish PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders - Master's degree or equivalent - Experience in areas such as management consulting, internet, technology, retail, consumer goods, or customer research
