The Job Overview.
This role is acting as a business developer and sales representative in Brazil, report directly to the Sales Manager of Rest of the World (ROW)The job duties will take the prime responsibility of developing, maintaining and growing distribution network with dealer, retailer, buying groups, sales representative firms in Brazil.
At the same time, need do some market research and report about Brazil.
Sometimes, if necessary, need fly to help meet some of our partners in Latin America beyond Brazil.
Driving the growth of sales and meet the sales target in Brazil is the key.
t’s mandatory to have work experience in the consumer electronics or pool industry, familiar with sales and buying process, understand the vendor’s responsibility, experienced in commercial negotiation.
And the data-processing and MS Office skills are basic requirement in your daily work to prepare offer, lead commercial negotiation, generate sales report and business analysis.
successful account manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, target-driven and result-oriented as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities.
Build account Strategy.
Developing, maintain and executing account strategy, account financial plan, annual sales forecast, product assortment plan, promotional plan, internal working process.
ales Result-Oriented.
Responsible for account strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
Get through the vendor qualification process, get the products listed for both online marketplace and in-store on shelf, meet the internal sales target.
uild key relationships with clients.
With excellent communication and relationship-building skills to ensure brand and project success CONTINOUSLY.
Work with customer buyer/merchant team to ensure an outstanding sales performance KPI.
Develop project plans to meet client goals, objectives and collaborate with internal team to determine product or service requirements.
Create a pleasant experience for clients by coordinating with marketing and customer service to provide solutions.

Developing national and regional distributors, extend Aiper products national wide in multi-layered channel distribution network.
arketing and Brand Events.
Host, coordinate and facilitate Aiper corporate brand events and trade shows.
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets.

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ relevant experienceMandatory.
Speak English and PortugueseMandatory.
