SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST SCM FINANCE

The general purpose of this role is to be a financial consultant and work closely with the business partners in Supply Chain Management (SCM) organization to drive improvement and enable fact-based decisions.
This role supports the business to achieve operational performance, financial and non-financial targets as well as the defined long-term strategy.
This is achieved by creating transparency about business performance, analyzing and benchmarking, providing insights and making recommendations.
In addition, this function also has a Global governance role to ensure quality and consistency across SCM Market Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities.
Understand key SCM cost drivers and provide E2E Supply Chain visibility (inbound to outbound) for business partners and Finance stakeholders Secure global financial governance by providing and ensuring the application of standardized cost definitions from a SCM E2E perspective with focus on the Global Logistics Accounting Structure and Cost Accounting Policy Manage standardized execution of financial processes (e.
.
month-end, forecast, budget) by aligning on templates and submission details with relevant stakeholders Work closely with the market SCM Finance teams to ensure transparency, consistency and high-quality financial information and deliverables.
Drive harmonization and standardization of data sets and ensure timely and high-quality information exchange Provide and constantly improve adequate communication packages to present results and recommendations on global consolidation level Manage and execute standard reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses, with focus on leveraging the existing GBS model Enhance working methods by utilizing and developing state of the art analytic tools Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day financial and performance management deliverables     Key Relationships.

Strong communication skills and quick comprehension Excellent analytical skills, coping with large data sets and multi-source information Strong financial controlling skillset with proven strengths in reporting and consolidation Business fluency in English (written and spoken) FMCG and/or SCM acumen is a plus Result orientation and pro-activity as a key enabler Ability to maneuver in consistently challenging and complex environment Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI as a plus     Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications.
University Degree in Finance / Business Administration / Accounting Minimum 3 years work experience in FP&A / Finance area
