SENIOR DATA ANALYST

\n Responsibilities.
Develop advanced analytics models and reports using SQL, PowerBI, and preferably Tableau to inform and guide business decisions.
Engage with stakeholders across the organization to grasp business challenges, devise analytical strategies, and effectively communicate data insights.
Create, manage, and optimize data pipelines in Snowflake and DBT to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analytics purposes.
Conduct detailed analyses of business data, including financial, sales, and customer information, to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of business intelligence solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and user expectations.
Provide training and support to business users on data analytics and visualization tools, enabling them to make informed decisions.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence, adopting best practices to enhance our data capabilities continuously.
Requirements.
Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst role, with proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.
Basic understanding of Python, Snowflake, and DBT, with a willingness to further develop these skills.
Proven expertise in data modeling, analysis, and visualization, with a preference for Tableau proficiency.
Strong analytical skills, capable of managing, analyzing, and sharing extensive data sets accurately and effectively.
Proficient in developing queries, writing reports, and presenting findings, simplifying complex data into actionable insights.
Advanced or fluent English language skills, enabling comprehension of business requirements and translation into technical specifications.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, facilitating work across different teams and disciplines.

Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role, showcasing the ability to guide and mentor junior analysts.
