We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant in Railway Engineering (m/f/d) to become a part of the international team deliver tailor-made solutions for our clients and accelerate the development of railway mobility in Latin America.

ct as an expert in consulting for engineering portfolios in Brazil and Latin AmericaContribute with project management experience, gained in management consulting Take responsibility for the management and implementation of demanding railway projectsDevelop strategic concepts and prepare precise recommendations and guidelines for the decision-makers and customersTake over responsibility for the project delivery, execution of special project tasks as well as the acquisition of new projectsSupport the business acquisition for the portfolio of BIM and digitalization in LATAMQualifications.
egree in Engineering or TransportationAt least 8-10 years of work experience in railway engineering and consultingProven track of work experience in transportation (railway sector) and project managementProven rail track/ alignment engineering experienceDeep knowledge of business and transportation processesExperiences in the development of new or evolving business models, like zero-emission or BIM A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the businessProblem-solving approach and very good analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsTeam player as well as team leadership qualitiesFlexibility to travel across LATAM and readiness to support global business activitiesFluent and professional language skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish will be an asset
