JOB PURPOSE Be accountable for the financial bookings relative to commercial policy across channels and for a large portfolio of products Be a key partner to the Customer Hub (Trade & Revenue Management, Planning & Operations, Sales & eCommerce) dealing with day-to-day analysis and approval activities KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Manage the monthly reporting & closing process Perform the calculation of accruals related to on/off invoices discounts and trade activities ensuring compliance with our commercial policy Guarantee the integrity of our accruals balance position considering our approved commercial conditions and market data (sell-out, channel mix, SIT…) Analyze and authorize the off-invoice payments requests when aligned with our approval framework and respective booked provisions Ensure proper accounting of the commercial agreements depending on their nature Run best-in-class sales reporting aligned with Customer Hub analytical needs (customer/channel and gross-to-net natures dimensions…) Perform analysis & approval activities Approve commercial conditions requests in the systems (SAP / Webb) Provide support to approval of commercial agreements (Rebates, Wholesalers debt…) Monitor business performance (from gross to net sales) vs Last years & Forecasts Contribute to the Customer/Channel P&L analyses in partnership with Customer Hub Be a support for the gross-to-net financial matters in Forecast cycles Realize other finance tasks Engage in team strategic initiatives (G2N detailed analytics, Customer/eCom P&Ls, efficiency projects…) Participate in Internal control and Audit processes to ensure compliance within perimeter Ensure proper update of the Masterdata linked to sales databases (Customer hierarchy, product mapping, gross-to-net analytical natures…) KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Finance teams.
CHC Financial Performance team, FP&A, GBS (Accounting, Treasury & Credits, Tax), GBU Finance Business Partners Business teams.
Mainly Customer Hub but also Growth Performance, Growth Hub and Support Functions (Supply…) SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering Prior experience &#years in Controlling or FP&A Solid track record in closing & analysis activities (consumer goods multinational companies would be a plus) Strong rigor, ability to manage tight deadlines and multi-tasking/prioritization skills A well-developed business acumen, intellectual curiosity and proactive mindset Collaborative spirit and ability to communicate appropriately with numerous stakeholders Software.
Full proficiency in Excel & SAP Languages.
