Atividades.
• Maintain and improve the Volvo Trucks and Buses service contracts technical pricing process and tools in accordance with local and global policies and best practices; • Support service contracts price analysts from other Volvo markets in Latin America to implement best practices in processes and tools for technical price calculation and in the formation/review of the technical price of service contracts; • Support the commercial area and the Brazilian dealer network providing guidance and training in the quotation process for service contracts; • Develop and implement statistical methods to identify, monitor and analyze possible technical risks to which Volvo Trucks and Buses are exposed in relation to service contracts; • Support service contract portfolio managers in managing the health of the portfolio and in implementing corrective actions to recover deviating contracts; • Monitor and analyze the service contracts’ reported costs to identify potential product quality issues in advance and inform related areas; • Continually work towards improving the statistical validity and efficiency of all modelling, projection processes and techniques whilst delivering projects into the wider pricing arena to agreed timescales; • Suggest, develop and implement new service contracts offers according to the needs of Volvo Latin American markets and customers; • Support the LCC (Life Cycle Cost) process for Volvo Trucks and Buses.
