DESCRIPTION Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, innovative company? Come make history in Amazon’s Brazil team! We are looking for talented Program Manager for Amazon to develop Vendor Education Program to help our vendors successfully launch and grow on Amazon.
Our vision is to be the partner of choice for vendors in Brazil by providing seamless and troubleshooting-free Vendor Experience.
Once vendor choose to partner with Amazon, it deploys their long-term strategy, ultimately benefiting our final customer.
We empower every vendor to be able to launch, build, operate and succeed on Amazon.
We are searching for a talent professional to create and lead Education and Vendor Communication initiatives that will have impact on all Amazon vendors and in Amazon Retail teams increasing scalability.
The Program Manager Vendor Education aim to educate vendors on how they can operate with Amazon systems, handles mass vendor communication and act as a key business partner to ensure updated, accurate and efficient materials for vendors.
Candidate will work closely with various stakeholders (Vendor Management teams, Catalog, Instock, Payments, etc) to drive learning initiatives that will have positive impact on our vendors.
Candidate will review performance on key performance metrics, facilitate programmatic input and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives.
An ideal candidate will be comfortable with hands on program management planning and execution and knows how to prioritize tasks.
They will also be able to Earn Trust across a variety of stakeholder groups, Deliver Results autonomously, and make decisions that are data driven.
Key job responsibilities • Lead Learning Programs as Essential Curriculum, Webinars and Events at Amazon to drive vendor performance.
• To monitor and drive vendor education adoption to a defined curriculum set, based on vendors needs.
• Lead and coordinate vendor communication.
• Explore vendor experience opportunities to design relevant content that helps vendors to resolve blockers and grow.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to anticipate vendor experience changes and prepare relevant and critical educational materials updates.
• Design and develop online learning experiences that align with learning outcomes that align to our vendor education goals.
• Use eLearning authoring tools to build online learning experiences and content.
• Analyze performance data to determine performance and learning objectives that deliver expected business results.
• Benchmark with other countries and global teams to improve metrics.
About the team We identify, develop, and manage a set of scalable initiatives to grow Amazon Brazil Retail Key Inputs related to Vendor Experience.
Our goal is to accelerate the flywheel and delight our customers by promoting synergies throughout the retail business.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations.
Sao Paulo, SP, BRA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.
., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) - Experience in program or project management - Advanced Excel and Power Point - Advanced English (will be tested during interviews) - Experience with multiple stakeholder management and demand prioritization PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with SQL - Experience with Education-related program management - Experience in E-Commerce and/or Retail
