Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for client onboarding, ensuring all initial steps are completed smoothly.
• Maintain frequent and proactive communication with clients, including check-ins, follow-ups, and status updates. • Guide clients through the onboarding process, including form completion, access to platforms, and photo uploads.
• Deliver and explain performance reports to clients, keeping them informed on progress.
• Act as the liaison between the client and internal teams, including sales and fulfillment.
