Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain AML policies, procedures, and internal controls. Monitor customer transactions and behavior to detect potential money laundering activities. Conduct investigations, prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), and coordinate with legal or regulatory authorities as needed. Support KYC/CDD/EDD processes and ensure compliance with onboarding and ongoing due diligence standards. Liaise with internal teams (e. G. , Compliance, Risk, Finance) and external partners (e. G. , regulators, auditors). Provide AML training and guidance to staff across departments.
