Está envolvido na produção diária de itens alimentares na cozinha, além das tarefas especificamente designadas, prestará assistência geral ao primeiro cozinheiro e/ou a qualquer membro do departamento de cozinha, conforme instruções do Sous Chef ou do Executive Chef.
