IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL

Immigration Paralegal - S. immigration practice. This is a remote position , ideal for professionals based in Latin America with excellent written and spoken English and proven experience handling employment-based immigration matters . We are particularly looking for someone with hands-on experience in L-1 (Individual and Blanket) , H-1B , PERM , I-140 , and I-485 cases. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, autonomous, and comfortable managing high case volumes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage high-quality petitions, with a focus on: Employment-Based: L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, PERM (including DOL recruitment), I-140, I-485, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 Additional experience with TN, O-1, and family-based or humanitarian cases is a plus Draft and organize USCIS, DOL, and NVC filings Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and Denials with strategic and persuasive writing Communicate professionally with clients to gather documents and explain immigration procedures Track filings and case status via USCIS, DOL, and NVC portals Maintain accurate records in case management systems Requirements 2+ years of experience working in U. S. immigration law (must include employment-based immigration) Hands-on experience with: L-1A / L-1B (Individual and Blanket), H-1B, PERM, I-140, and I-485 Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision Proficiency with USCIS, DOL, and NVC platforms Experience using legal software (e. g. , Docketwise, Clio, MyCase) Law degree (JD or LL. B. preferred but not required) Preferred Qualifications Experience with motions to reopen/reconsider Familiarity with TN, O-1, EB-1, EB-2/NIW cases Previous work with U. S.
