You have the chance to become a Pioneer in one of the following six focus areas:- ** Market Intelligence & Customer Insight**: Support strategic business development via detailed data analysis, leverage big data to identify lucrative opportunities, and develop actionable marketing strategies in the dynamic industry landscape- ** Sales**: Strategically analyze customer requirements globally through consultative sales approaches, deploy advanced digital tools to enhance sales efficiency, and collaborate closely with teams for compelling presentations at industry events- ** Corporate Venturing**: Support global innovation project management, oversee project and liquidity plans proactively, guide teams with agile methodologies, and facilitate venture processes- ** Process Engineering**: Lead global process engineering projects to excellence in delivery and performance, design reliable manufacturing processes, actively engage in digital and automation initiatives, and support plant and supply chain innovations for enhanced operational infrastructure- ** Product Development**: Manage stage-gate processes from ideation to evaluation, support global R&D for product portfolio expansion, and facilitate venture-building to foster innovation within the dynamic ecosystem- ** Software Development**: Select and implement technologies and frameworks (. NET (required), Angular, React. js) for our software architecture, including the integration of digital twin functionalities, code in languages like C# (required), JavaScript, and Python, use prompt engineering to develop robust solutions, optimize user experience with future-proof technologies, and conduct security tests to ensure solution reliability and resilience**Important**: Throughout the Innovation Talent Program, your tasks and responsibilities may fluctuate as the projects you will be involved in have yet to be finalized. **Qualifications**- You are passionate about driving innovation in one of the focus areas- Technical or business-related bachelors or masters degree- A maximum of two years of full-time working experience- Fluent in English (written and spoken)- Data-driven decision-making is a must in your opinion- Agile and visionary mindset - you can work independently, and you want to drive business value creation**Additional Information**The official start of the Innovation Talent Program is October 1st, 2025.
