LAW PARALEGAL

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Labor Law Paralegal to join us, reporting to our client in the USA. In this role, you will respond to customer legal queries in a clear and timely manner, develop and maintain legal content tailored to employment and labor law for HR professionals, and monitor changes to federal, state, and local laws. You will also support legal research and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to incorporate legal insights into the platform, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and reliability for customers.

Requirements :

* Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC guidelines), along with multi-state compliance
* Experience in US Law firms (any field)
* Experience in Labor and Employment law (any country)
* Experience in legal research (super required)
* Advanced English level (Fluent/Professional)
* Exceptional legal research, writing, and editing skills
* High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Familiarity with legal technology or compliance platforms products is a plus
Experience working with or advising HR or compliance teams is a plus
