LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Your role in our team.
To co-ordinate and arrange courier / sea freight / airfreight shipment to ensure timely deliveries Responsible for generating necessary documents for domestic and international shipments such as packing lists, proforma invoice, work instruction etc.
Coordinate for packing and packers’ arrangement and execution on weekly basis in accordance to the shipment schedule Arrange transport and coordinate for finished goods movement to / from external warehouse Planning for fumigation process before shipment Monitor stock level and stock replenishment for packing material and pallet To fulfill any other tasks as and when assigned by superior Authority.
To book outgoing shipments where not FOB     Your profile.
Diploma in any relevant discipline with credit in mathematics and English Experience in logistics (Import/Export and Shipping background) would be an advantage Computer literate MS Windows Basic knowledge in SAP R3 / R4.
