O&M MANAGER

O&M Manager - Coordinate and oversee both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including fault handling, troubleshooting, and technical upgrades, aiming to minimize downtime and improve performance. Manage day-to-day O&M operations, including resource planning, team supervision, and inventory control, ensuring timely execution and compliance with safety standards. Act as a key liaison between the site team and group headquarters, ensuring effective communication, timely reporting of faults, and alignment with company policies. Maintain and update maintenance records, project documentation, and regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. II Skill Requirements 1. college degree or above, Electrical automation, mechanical design and manufacturing, and science and engineering majors are preferred. GWO certificate holder or qualified certificate recognized by local regulations; Familiar with knowledge of WTG and SCADA, capable of handling common faults. 2 years of O&M experience are preferred. Have a certain level of English proficiency and be able to communicate and work in English.
