What you will do.
Deliver comprehensive and strategic support to SAP Partners throughout their partnership lifecycle, ensuring optimal engagement and outcomes.
Exhibit adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills in providing SAP Partner support within a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
Execute SAP Partner support services across channels, including a ticketing system, live chat, AI tools and drop-in sessions, while adhering to established SLAs and guidelines.
Develop and sustain high-quality digital assets to empower SAP Partners and enhance their self-sufficiency, while also contributing for process improvement and optimization.
Facilitate effective assistance and guidance to SAP Partners on portals, tools, partnership requirements, and key partnership processes, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Drive and execute specialized processes related to sales models and partner commissioning queries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
Coordinate and implement effective solutions in collaboration with various internal teams to guarantee partner satisfaction and seamless operational flow.
Address and resolve regional and global partner or stakeholder escalations with efficiency and professionalism, maintaining high standards of service and relationship management.
Deliver partner enablement on specific topics.

In São Leopoldo, the Partner Support Specialist is a partner facing role within Partner Support team, mainly responsible for handling partner support queue and for being the first line responders of queries coming from SAP Partners in Americas.
Their primary goal is to handle volume of partner queries in an efficient way, providing quality support within the expected SLAs.
