PROJECT ANALYST

Description: We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and passionate Projects Analyst to work with us!

This role involves support and managing projects, act as the support as a point of contact between Brazilian team and global teams, prepair detailed reports, meeting summaries, and risk assessments in both English and Mandarin.

This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Main responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end management of publishing projects, including localization, marketing, distribution, and partner collaboration.
- Act as the support as a point of contact between Brazilian team and global teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports, meeting summaries, and risk assessments in both English and Mandarin.
- Help identify bottlenecks in publishing workflows and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.Requirements: Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with partners and teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Game Design, or a related field.Strong ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.Experience working in game publishing, development, or related fields (QA, marketing, community management).A genuine enthusiasm for video games, with familiarity across multiple genres/platforms (PC, console, mobile).Experience collaborating with Chinese companies or knowledge of China’s gaming market, platforms and market trends.Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments (managing projects across time zones), comfort and capacity to pivot strategies based on market feedback, interpessoal relation capacity.Desired Skills: Certifications in Game Localization, Digital Marketing, or Cross-Cultural Communication.Courses in Chinese Business Practices or Asian Market Studies.Advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or spreadsheet modeling (Excel/Google Sheets).Experience with Chinese platforms (WeCom/Wechat, Tencent Docs, TapTap, Bilibili).Track record of anticipating risks in publishing workflows and mitigating them.Active participation in gaming communities (e.g., modding, streaming, beta testing).Deep understanding of gaming trends in both Western and Asian markets.
