SETTLEMENT OPERATION

Settlement operation - 2. Regularly summarize merchant reconciliation and settlement issues, sort out relevant training documents, and provide training on the business side. 3. Identify existing reconciliation and settlement related issues, put forward optimization suggestions, and connect with production and research team to optimize implementation. 4. Follow up on settlement-related matters, communicate and coordinate with relevant departments and partners to ensure accurate and timely settlement. 5. Participate in the formulation of financial operation processes and policies, put forward improvement suggestions, and improve work efficiency and quality. 6. Regularly participate in merchant satisfaction surveys, target the core pain points of merchants, and collaborate with relevant teams to continuously improve the quality of merchant services. 7. Able to handle more complex cross-departmental communication and external communication matters. Job requirements 1. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to conduct cross-border cooperation and communication; basic Portuguese is preferred; 2. Have good logical thinking ability, subjective initiative, strong curiosity and learning ability 3. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different departments and partners. 4. Those with relevant merchant settlement and reconciliation work experience are preferred. 5. Those with local work experience are preferred. Job Highlights 1.
