• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical/Mechatronics /Production/Industrial);
• Experience with product development of Trucks and/or Buses;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• PMP® certification is a plus.
Activities:
• Guarantee good cross-functional delivery for projects related to Product Development (Product Changes and Product Modifications), from the pre-study phase until the Start-of-Production;
• Lead pre-studies and secure deliveries in the early phases including feasibility studies and concept preparation;
• Lead alignments among product owners & all solution providers;
• Define acceptance criteria (incl. V&V activities);
• Secure cross-functional development maturity progress and alignment to reach stable releases;
• Consolidate Business Cases to get ready for decisions and confirmation of Start of Production dates;
