Role Overview.

Key Responsibilities.
Client Relations.
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with hotel clients, becoming their primary point of contact.
Performance Analysis.
Evaluate the performance of assigned accounts and implement strategies for optimization and revenue growth.
Negotiation Skills.
Negotiate competitive rates and terms with clients to ensure mutual profitability.
Support Tasks.
Assist Account Executives with various administrative tasks, including client outreach and account management.
Collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as business development and customer support, to ensure client needs are met effectively.
CRM Usage.
Leverage CRM tools (e.
., Hubspot) to manage account records and track sales interactions.
Qualifications.
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess.
1+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in Hotel Revenue/Reservations/Leisure Sales.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry and online booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.

Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities conducive to relationship-building.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
