You bring to Applaudo the following competencies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support, with a focus on Salesforce administration and troubleshooting.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including custom object creation, workflow automation, and data management.
Experience in custom application development using front-end technologies such as React.
s and back-end technologies such as.
ET framework or C#.
Solid understanding of web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with end-users, technical teams, and stakeholders, and convey technical information clearly and concisely.
Salesforce certifications (e.
., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is preferred.
Strong conversational and written communication skills in English  Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
Good understanding of business processes, analytical and problem-solving skills to provide optimal solutions.
Excellent client relationship management skills You will be accountable for the following responsibilities.
Provide Tier 2 technical support for applications, including troubleshooting issues reported by end users, identifying root causes, and implementing timely resolutions.
Collaborate with Tier 1 support engineers and cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the application ecosystem, including Salesforce configuration, customizations, and integrations, to effectively support end-users and address technical challenges.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate efficient support processes and enhance the overall user experience.
Participate in application enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on improving system functionality, performance, and scalability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's application support processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and optimize resource utilization.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to application support, Salesforce development, and custom app development, and proactively share insights and recommendations with the team.
