Gerente Assistente de Operações Alimentares.
Você apoiará o Gerente de Operações Alimentares, em geral operações de produção de alimentos, serviços auxiliares aos hóspedes e no planejamento, organização e execução tarefas atribuídas.
Liderar pelo exemplo, sempre mantendo o Standard da Companhial, Princípios Culturais e Valores sempre em primeiro plano - Garantir a conformidade, auditoria e gerenciamento de todos os procedimentos e protocolos regulatórios.
- Garantir que a eficiência e a excelência operacional da cozinha durante os períodos de serviço sejam alcançadas em colaboração com equipes Auxiliares, Culinárias e Restaurantes.
- Gestão de planos financeiros de abastecimento com foco em garantir que as despesas sejam mantido dentro de parâmetros definidos tanto mensalmente quanto fiscalmente.
