Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst to join our finance team in Guarulhos, Brazil.
This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in finance.
Assist in managing accounts receivable processes and maintaining accurate financial records Process and post customer payments in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Generate and distribute customer invoices and statements Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections efforts Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and customer inquiries Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounts receivable function Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 0-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP software (SAP) Numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Time management and organizational abilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Portuguese and English (preferred) ´Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level and join us at the start of something extraordinary?
