Job Description Design and Implementation of Group Reporting Solutions Gather and analyze requirements to develop tailored concepts for the Group Reporting system in close collaboration with business and specialist departments.
Execute hands-on implementation of system-side solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
Lead the strategic transition from SAP SEM-BCS to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, driving modernization and process optimization.
System Administration and Operational Excellence Configure and maintain system settings, including customizing and structural adjustments to support evolving reporting requirements.
Monitor system performance and reporting processes during critical phases to ensure stability and accuracy.
Ensure timely and reliable system preparation in accordance with reporting schedules and compliance standards.
Support and Knowledge Enablement within Group Finance Provide expert analysis and resolution of issues encountered during reporting cycles.
Deliver personalized support and troubleshooting for end users, enhancing system usability.
Act as a knowledge broker for current and emerging applications, fostering continuous learning and best practice sharing.
Qualifications Strong expertise in  SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting  or  SAP SEM-BCS and SAP BW, with a strong focus on financial consolidation and reporting.
Solid knowledge in  SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and  SAP Analytics Cloud, enabling advanced data integration and analytics capabilities.
Solid knowledge of IT process flows and database architecture, supporting efficient system design and implementation.
Demonstrated project management skills, complemented by strong communication and conflict resolution abilities, fostering effective collaboration across global teams.
