You will play a crucial role in aligning our human resource strategy with business objectives, ensuring that our employees are engaged and well-supported.
Key Responsibilities Handle the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of full-time employees Ensure the organization’s compliance with local compliance and regulations Facilitate payroll processing for all full-time employees and submit regular compliance reports for statutory and tax reporting Other duties may be assigned related to HR Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Proficient with HRIS and other HR software tools (BambooHR, Humanity is a plus.) Fluency in English Open to hybrid work, work location is in São Paulo Hybrid model.
4 days in-office / 1 day remote Working hours.
8 hours per day, with flexible start between 9.
