Role Overview We are looking for a category procurement specialist who will be responsible for driving fulfillment and gross margin. Location: R. do Paraíso, 595 - 11o Andar - Paraíso, São Paulo - SP , 04103-001 Job Description Responsible for undertaking the construction and sourcing of the national supply chain, and responsible for the satisfaction rate of goods. Responsible for the recruitment, maintenance, management and elimination of suppliers in the country to which they belong, and improve the width of customer demand satisfaction. Implement national category planning, continuously optimize costs, and enhance price competitiveness. According to customer needs, implement the stocking plan, and be responsible for the stocking turnover. Qualifications Have more than 5 years of working experience in the industrial products industry or related fields, have a full understanding of the industrial products market structure, and be familiar with industry trends and market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with suppliers. Excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills. Have good professional ethics and conduct, passionate, creative, work under pressure, and be willing to accept challenges. Sensitive to data and able to conduct effective data analysis and decision-making.
