BRAZIL TAX MANAGER

Brazil Tax Manager - We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join our Pandora Brazil team. Your Role as Tax Manager:- Provide management and execution of activities related to the company''s tax accounting, managing and mitigating tax risks (anticipation, identification, evaluation, monitoring). - Ensure compliance with the calculation of taxes and fulfillment of deliveries by deadlines. - Manage relationships with external firms responsible for preparing direct and indirect tax returns. - Act as a tax business partner, supporting and steering projects in Brazil. - Manage tax processes in Brazil in line with internal control frameworks. - Lead tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities. - Lead the implementation of changes to ensure compliance with tax reforms in Brazil starting in 2026. - Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including Tax Package submission for group reporting. - Prepare current and deferred tax calculations, review, submission, and monitor tax calculations and reconciliations (IPI/PIS/COFINS/ICMS). - Coordinate all activities related to tax closing in accordance with BRGAAP and IFRS standards. - Ensure timely delivery of closing reports. - Monitor and review tax compliance outputs. - Ensure accuracy of tax accounting reconciliations. - Oversee the calculation and issuance of royalty and importation invoices. - Prepare current and deferred tax (IRPJ and CSLL). - Manage external service providers for tax compliance and advisory. - Monitor tax payment records and delinquency reports. - Act as a cross-functional business partner supporting proactive and solutions-oriented tax support. - Collaborate with finance, tax colleagues, advisors, and Group Tax Team to ensure compliance. - Identify and manage tax risks and opportunities. - Support transfer pricing processes. - Provide Brazilian tax advice on business initiatives. - Work closely with Group Tax Team to align tax policies and updates. - Lead tax audits with finance and Group Tax Team. - Prepare and review tax reporting and internal controls. - Assist with tax forecasts. - Keep stakeholders updated on new tax regulations and actions. What is needed to succeed:Master''s degree in Accounting 8 years of relevant taxexperience, in-house or as an advisorExperience leading teams on a daily and project basisExperience in consumer products sector is a plus but not requiredDeep knowledge of Brazilian tax regulationsKnowledge of international tax principles and compliance is a plusTax accounting expertiseWillingness to work both independently and in teamsStrong attention to detail, presentation, and influencing skillsAbility to communicate complex tax issues effectively to senior managementAbility to translate legal requirements into business processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
