The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information.
The programs handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.
RBS has a new program to scale vendor management worldwide and is looking for dynamic and talented associates to participate in the implementation of the program in Brazil.
The Associates will be responsible for developing business relationship with vendors and providing operational support to both vendors and vendor managers.
This position offers an introduction to our online retail business and a broad training ground for future success.
The successful Junior Associate is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to balance the needs and requirements of both Amazon.

He or she must be able to effectively drive operational metrics, meet the SLAs and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with vendors and internal business and operations partners.
Core Responsibilities - Work with the vendors to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools; - Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of their products; - Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion; - Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.
