Como Business Partner, você fará consultoria interna, será responsável pela gestão inteligente de pessoas alinhada às estratégias de negócio da empresa.
Atuará mediando a alta gestão da empresa e as diversas equipes, visando potencializar os resultados da equipe.
Analisar e conduzir o planejamento de Construção de Estrutura (Recrutamento e Seleção, Acompanhamento dos colaboradores, Desenvolvimento), visando contribuir para a manutenção de um quadro de profissionais qualificados e que atendam às necessidades de crescimento e desenvolvimento da empresa;
Acompanhamento de Lideranças;
