ain Responsibilities• Oversee the financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss; forecast vs.
budget.• Review and analyze financial results and provide recommendations.• Identify, develop, and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings to our clients.• Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget.• Manage financial planning and analysis department.
Supervise creation of reports for budgeting and forecasting.• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits• Prepare financial statements and reports• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions• Manage relationships with banks• Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company’s plan for growth and expansion.
ualifications• Strong finance-based analytical skills• Extensive knowledge of financial and tax regulations.• years' of finance experience• Extensive experience in managing financial processes and controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) or similar regulatory frameworks.
A demonstrated ability to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting is crucial.• CPA or MBA preferred but not required
