Chef de Partie - Ele também é responsável por organizar sua bancada, manter a higiene e armazenar corretamente os ingredientes, respeitando as normas de segurança alimentar. Além disso, o Chef de Partie deve **liderar os auxiliares e cozinheiros da sua estação**, orientando a equipe quanto ao tempo de preparo, técnicas e montagem dos pratos. Deve ainda controlar o uso de insumos, evitar desperdícios e colaborar com o restante da cozinha para assegurar um serviço eficiente. É essencial que esse profissional tenha habilidades técnicas, senso de organização, agilidade, liderança e capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão, já que sua atuação influencia diretamente a qualidade e o tempo de entrega dos pratos ao cliente.
