CHEMICAL ENGINEER & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We are seeking a Senior LATAM GCA Manex Consultant to support in driving industrial performance improvements.
This high-impact role is central to implementing Production System, with a clear focus on delivering measurable productivity gains (typically 5–15%) across LATAM and global manufacturing sites.
Your missions Conduct technical diagnostics (process, maintenance, performance) to uncover opportunities for optimization.
Coach and support local teams through tool development, training, and hands-on guidance on the production floor.
Deploy and standardize best practices aligned with the Syngenta Production System.
Execute targeted audits and drive structured, results-oriented performance improvement plans.
Enable and advocate for digital transformation, leveraging Industry 4.
technologies.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking across the organization.
Your profile Degree in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
Solid experience in manufacturing operations and industrial transformation.
In-depth understanding of production systems (TPM, OEE, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and structured diagnostic frameworks.
Advanced user of digital tools (Power BI, SAP, MES) and data analysis.
Strong influencing and communication skills, from shop floor to executive level.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Open to international travel and multi-site support.
