CHIEF AUDITOR

Plan, execute, and manage internal audits in accordance with the annual auditplan, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internalaudit standards.•Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, risk managementprocesses, and governance practices, identifying areas for improvement andmaking recommendations for enhancements.•Conduct risk assessments to identify key areas of risk exposure and develop•riskbased audit plans accordingly.•Perform detailed testing of financial, operational, and compliance processes toassess the accuracy and reliability of financial information and the effectivenessof operational controls.•Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in clear andconcise audit reports, presenting findings to senior management and the AuditCommittee as necessary.•Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up onmanagement's corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.•Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory developments inthe field of internal auditing, and incorporate relevant changes into auditmethodologies and procedures.•Collaborate with other internal stakeholders, including management, legal, andcompliance teams, to facilitate effective communication and coordination of auditactivities.
