As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the finance function, ensure regulatory compliance, and support decision-making at the highest level. Youll oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis while guiding the business through an exciting phase of international expansion and crypto integration. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting Develop and implement financial strategies, processes, and controls to support the companys performance and growth Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Ensure full compliance with local, federal, and international financial regulations Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Manage cash flow, financial risk, and company investments (including crypto assets) Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to align on business strategies Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external auditors Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters or CPA preferred) At least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and compliance practices Experience in the iGaming, cryptocurrency, or similarly regulated industries is a strong plus Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel High level of integrity, strategic thinking, and operational excellence Fluent English mandatory Interested?
