Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with growth plan. Partner with the CEO, executive leadership, and advisory board to define the organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent needs for both organic growth and post-M&A integration. Act as a strategic advisor on all people-related matters, including leadership development, succession planning, and change management. Develop innovative retention strategies, including career development programs, mentorship, and employee engagement initiatives. Lead the HR aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence, cultural assessments, and seamless integration of acquired teams. Lead initiatives to embed the firm’s core values, mission, and strategic goals across all offices and teams. Establish a scalable onboarding and integration process that fosters a cohesive culture and accelerates time-to-productivity for new team members. Develop and oversee a comprehensive performance management strategy and process to drive accountability and excellence. Design and implement learning and development initiatives that enhance technical skills, leadership capabilities, and technology proficiency, supporting team members' growth and career development. Oversee all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations across all jurisdictions where operates. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven methodologies to measure HR effectiveness and its impact on business goals.
