CMMS / RELIABILITY ENGINEER

It will involve maintenance data analysis, reliability planning, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities.
Manage and optimize the CMMS, ensuring reliable and structured data aligned with asset management and RCM philosophy.
Develop and review preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance plans.
Conduct criticality analyses, failure mode assessments, and reliability strategy reviews.
Prepare maintenance performance reports and reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.).
Support CMMS/ERP (IFS or similar) data migration and integration.
Facilitate optimization workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train operational teams in CMMS usage and reliability best practices.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase asset availability.
Provide recommendations for asset replacement based on condition and performance data.
Education.
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields).
Active CREA (Engineering Council registration) is mandatory.
Experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance/reliability with a focus on CMMS.
Previous experience in Oil & Gas environments, preferably on FPSOs.
Knowledge and Skills.
Proficiency in reliability methodologies (RCM, TPM, CBM, FMEA).
Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and results-oriented.
Intermediate to advanced English; fluency in Portuguese.
