Commercial Operations Manager | Project ManagerCotia, SP, Brazil Hybrid As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will lead initiatives to optimize productivity, streamline processes, and enhance communication, ultimately contributing to our company's profitability.
By leveraging reporting systems, you will create analytics that track sales, trends, and opportunities, enabling data-driven decision-making for business improvement.
Additionally, you'll prepare comprehensive monthly reports, monitor margins, and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring seamless operations and serving as a liaison across various teams to drive project success and meet deadlines effectively.

Your key responsibilities Lead commercial operation initiatives to ensure productivity, processes, and communication, contributing to the company's overall profit.
Create analytics using reporting systems that track sales, and trends and identify opportunities, as well as track and monitor key metrics and customer/project data to drive business improvement.
Prepare monthly reports of global and local clients, by region and by brand, monitoring margins, as well as preparing budgets, forecasts, and updates.
Act as a superuser for key tools and processes (SAP, Spire, Qlik, CMIR builds and troubleshooting, credit hold, credit extensions).
Serve as a liaison with the Sales, Operations, Demand Planning, R&D, and Purchasing teams to manage projects and ensure deadlines, tasks, and communication.

You bring Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.
