n * Plan and execute direct marketing campaigns from conception through to analysis.
n * Identify key customer segments for tactical campaigns and audience building.
n * Develop and curate engaging content tailored to segmented audiences.
n * Manage the editing and targeting of each campaign to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.
n * Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports on effectiveness and ROI.
n * Manage e-coupon campaigns and ensure timely execution and follow-up.

n * Design and implement plan for lead activation and nurturing.
n * Monitor leads acquisition processes and optimize strategies for maximum performance.
n * Conduct detailed analysis and forecasting of leads performance.
n * Ensure high data quality and integrity across all marketing platforms and databases.
n\nYour Journey so far\n\n· Advanced in English and fluent in Portuguese.
Spanish is an advantage.
n· Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
\n· 5 years' experience in Marketing/CRM/Digital Marketing.
n· Deep knowledge in Power BI, or relates tools\n· Proficiency in CRM software, track record of successful email campaigns and CRM management.
n\nYour Essentials\n\n· Excellent communication and project management skills.
n· Strong analytical mindset and skills with performance analytic tools.
n· Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills required.
n· Experience in the travel industry is a strong advantage (for ex.
Airline, Cruises, Trainlines, Online Travel Agents).
